The 2025 World Internet Conference (WIC) Light of Internet Expo officially successfully concluded yesterday in Wuzhen of Jiaxing, East China's Zhejiang province.
Muhammad Umair from Pakistan, as a pathfinder, took us on a tour of this world-class tech expo. As a partner of Jiaxing Meier Trading Co Ltd, he has been living in China for eight years. This foreign friend with a deep love for Chinese culture explored the expo from a distinctive perspective. He not only experienced artificial intelligence (AI) through fun interactions with humanoid robots, but also observed the application of AI at the exhibition area of Zhejiang’s state-owned enterprises and industry partners. He also witnessed the seamless integration of Chinese triple-A games and cutting-edge technologies at the Black Myth: Wukong experience zone. "Wow, I have tasted the future here", he repeatedly exclaimed. From intelligent medical care to home companion robots, and from immersive digital art to robot band performs, this tech expo allowed him to witness the boundless possibilities of cooperating and coexisting with everything through AI. Eight years of living in China has made this Pakistani friend one of the best witnesses to China's technological advancement.
